Die 3316R ist eine 16-kanalige DMX512 Relaiskarte, die mit optisch isolierten Leistungstriacs bestückt ist (Solid State Halbleiterschalter). Durch das Fehlen mechanischer Kontakte kann diese Karte daher absolut knackfrei schalten. Die maximal schaltbare Ausgangsleistung beträgt 500W pro Kanal bei 230V.
Alle Relaisausgänge sind als Schließer ausgeführt. Alle Relais können einzeln angesprochen werden. Zudem läßt sich die Karte in einen Bitmodus (Ansteuerung durch 2 DMX Kanäle, pro Bit ein Relais) oder einen Leitermodus (2 DMX Kanäle als VU-Meter Ausgänge, einzelne Relais schalten sich sukzessive zu) versetzen.

The 3316R (formerly: 3016R-EP) is a 16-channel solid state relay card, fitted with optically coupled triacs. As no mechanical contacts are used, this card features absolute silent (noise-free) switching. The maximum output power rating is 500 Watts @ 230V AC.
All relays are normally open contacts. All relays can be set individually (16 channel mode). Besides that, the card can be configured in Bit mode (2 DMX channels, each bit sets one output) and ladder mode (two DMX channels as VU meter outputs, individual relays switch in successive order).
